Whether you're fresh from exploring the nearby beaches, waterfalls, or vibrant local community, Bejuko is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a taste of paradise.

About Us

BejuKo Sushi Bar is the result of a perfect partnership between two visionaries: Belen Garcia, a designer and owner of KO Glamping, and Chef Martin Grisi, an expert in the art of sushi, blending tradition with fresh, vibrant flavors.

Belen’s eye for detail and love of nature has transformed Bejuko into an immersive dining oasis, where comfort and natural beauty seamlessly blend to create a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Complementing this vision, Chef Martin Grisi brings decades of expertise and passion to the table. With a deep respect for fresh, locally sourced ingredients, he creates sushi that not only captures the delicate flavors of the Pacific but also reflects Costa Rica’s tropical vibrancy.

Our Menu

At Bejuko, we take pride in serving only the freshest fish, thoughtfully combined with locally grown produce and tropical flavors. Each roll and dish is crafted with love, artistry, and a commitment to quality.
